Default ITR camshaft on b16a

I need to know if is necessary to install also springs valve and retainers... can somebody help me?!?

Are the b16a stock springs valve and retainers strong enough?

Sorry for my english, but i'm Italian!!!

it not necessary if u are not plannin to rev past 8200rpm, but i do recommend that u at least upgrade the inner valve spring
