A friend of mine has a set of used itr cams. I am thinking about getting them, the only thing is they have some rust on them. What could I use to get the rust off? Would a machine shop be able to clean them up? Would the cams be worth it to clean up then use, or should I just wait and get some in better condition? Also he says that they are itr cams. I searhed for a post like this and found that they look ike 92-93 b17a cams. I also found another user on this forum selling some 98 itr cams and they look like the cams my friend is selling. Could someone help me out with this?

take them to a machine shop to see if they can polish them up.

but honestly i wouldn't use them...they look pretty rusty.......

 

those aren't ITR cams.

they not R cams and even if they are, they will eat up your cam followers.
