Default Irratic idle?

Well I sold my type R last night on Ebay for $19,100.00. I want to fix one minor thing before I send the car to the buyer. After driving my car for about ten minutes when I pull up to a stoplight and the motor idles, it fluctuates from 1k to 1.5k really fast, it sounds like I have some mean cams. When I turn the car off, and restart it, it goes away for awhile but then comes back. What could this be? I unplugged my IAC connection while it was having this rough idle and it went away. Could the IAC motor be bad?

Sure sounds like it. Either that or a loose vacuum connection.
