Default introduction

whuz up guyz galz..just wanted to take a minute to introduce myself...due to the fact i jumped right in head first asking for tips, advice, etc without an intro...

car: 96 integra se fully loaded... bone stock..(for now)
loc: northern new jersey
age: 26
sex: male
first up: my complete tune up...ngk wires, plugs, bosch cap and rotor,k&n drop in, fuel filter..
lighting: piaa extrreme whites( hope there the color i was looking for),euro clear corners..
wanted mods: headers, cat back exaust, aem cai,
dont really know what header but im thinking of a itr oem exhaust (brand new) only cause i dont want anything loud but just a slight buzz wil be fine...
suspension: dont really know either cause i eventually want 17's and dont wanna have to go thru correcting the camber so a decent drop with good ride quality is my way to go...i do wanna replace all the bushing that would effect the ride and suspension with oem rubber bushing so ive herd there better for a smoother ride...
ugh thats all i can think of right now...will have pics to post very soon of the ride stock and after mods

all ideas and advice for mods still welcome and thanks for all ive learned prior and up till now reading and posting on h-t.com

First off, welcome.

Second, don't waste your money on the K&N drop in. Get an Intake.

It's Header not headers. The 4 cylinders usualy only have 1 header.
Don't bother with the lighting, unless your stock is bad then you need to clean the lens's. See if the lighting you want to go to is even legal in your area.
If you plan on a AEM CAI don't bother with the drop in like mentioned above.

17's are overkill on the car and will actually hurt acceleration and braking.
Here:
AEM CAI
Pick your own header: http://www.automotiveperformanceengi...om/header.html
Most Cat-backs are good, without a resonator it will give you more power at the cost of noise.
A cheap and decent suspension would be Neuspeed sport springs with KYB AGX adjustables. Then just look for a type R front and rear sway bar.

Unless someone has absolute evidence to the contrary, I doubt the Bosch cap and rotor outperform the OEM stuff. Just my opinion based on experience with no absolute evidence.

Most everything I've read, and my experience at using aftermarket stuff, seems to prefer the OEM cap and rotor for longer trouble free service.

Unless you're running a modified ignition system, that is.

ive used bosch cap and rotor on my previous teg...and its still good after 200,00 miles and i sold it to my cousin who says the car is till trouble free...not saying your wrong ...what is your opinion on the k&n drop in? its gonna have to do me for the next few months till i can get my hands on the aem cai that im worried about driving in rain with... this is my daily drivin car...rain ,sleet ,snow, and sun, i have no other choice...so should a short intake be in the considering?
