Intermediate Function on wipers?

Intermediate Function on wipers?

I have a 1990 STD model Civic. I switched the control arm and the wiper motor from an SI. I still have no intermediate wiper function. What do I need to make this work properly?

Change the wiper switch on your steering column and the wiper motor relay.

Where is the wiper relay located? I've changed the switch all ready.
