Interesting proposal...
This is an exploded view of the bottom-end on a 2.1L Prelude AKA -- B21A.
Notice the 5-row girdle. Anyways, the point is that plenty of poeple know about the GSR/ITR gridle swap. What about this girdle, has anyone adapted this to say the bottom-end of an LS/B20? In the diagram the main caps all look flat just as the GSR/ITR bottom-end. Not really sure if this would be any better than stock on a GSR/ITR. Though on the d-series don't they have full length girdle? I mean if the d-series that have such weaker compenents than the b-series, and run a full row girdle.....would running one a b-series be a benefit.
Granted I think the B21A did have like a 6000-ish redline and about 1.37:1 rod stroke ratio...I'm sureit need all the help I could get to stablize the bottom-end.
Here is the page for the picture on Hondaautomotiveparts.com . Part number 009.
it might fit onto the main caps with some moidifications.............but will it clear the oil pan? windage tray? what oil pick up would you use??
things to consider.................

Hmmm...looks like a good idea. Someone needs to pick one up from a junkyard and give it a try!
The D series does have a full length girdle...that thing is a beefy lookin girdle too.
