i know this has been asked a million times before but, i searched the archives and none of the posts give any specifics of wiring for the swap for a teg dashinto a 92 civic Cx...or how to cut the door panels to make them fit...if anyone has any info please let me know...TIA

Put the doorpanel on and try and close it against the dash....it wont....trace the outline of the dash into the panel. Cut the panel along the line and have it recovered.

 

so do you know anything about all the wiring, i got everything to work except it wont start, you can hear the fuel pump and all, but it wont try and turn over...

yes, but i think i might have missed something, obviously if it wont start,... that and the blinkers dont work but the hazards do...

check your ignition wires, most hondas have 2 different ign. wires for the key place. good luck with it. my friend has a 95 gsr dash in his 94 si hatchback. he has to cover the door pannels still but had to take quite a bit off the front since the dash sticks out farther than a reg. civic dash. have fun and boy its get people attention who are looking over the car.
