Integra cold start problem

Integra cold start problem
so I have a swap integra, but recent my car is having a hard time starting up with a cold start.
When I try starting from a cold start. I have to have my foot all the way down on the gas pedal for it to start. Even with my foot on the pedal, it takes like a good 5-10 secs for it to actually turn over and start.
Once it starts I have to have my foot on the gas so the rpm can be up. If I let go of the gas then the rpm will drop low and dies. This will happen until the car warms up a little. Once the car warms up the idling problem goes away and I can fire the car up right away with no issues
Here are the things I've done:
cleaned iacv
cleaned throttle body
new battery
Checked starter has no problems
Anyone ever ran into this cold start issue?
