intake manifold help!!!!
Hey guy I just finish my swap, B16a with B16a2 intake manifold in 90 civic si. Now I'm stuck with this outlet, can't leave it or plug it....HELP

the thing is when it's plug, starting the car it wants to die. and if i leave it open after the car's warmed up it ides too high until i cap it again.....
