Intake manifold is beating me senseless

Intake manifold is beating me senseless
First off i have a complete D16y8 head, its from a automatic but i have a 5spd,
a jdm d15b block. we swap the (y8) head and the car runs find expect some small issues i have a CX IM on a d16y8 head cuz the y8 IM has extra sensors (cuz its for an auto),
i need to know what to cancel out on the intake mani, and what extra parts to get(Like the TB maybe).
i know theres some drilling involve but i don't konow exactly what to do. i've check the archives and couldnt find anything for what i need. i need help. trying get car to run good
