I can't seem to get my intake manifold off. It seems to be stuck on the right side and just won't come off. Everything is disconnected but the right side is stuck. the left side moves and is loose but the right is stuck. Help please.
make sure you have remove ALL the nuts,
then you should break it free from hte gasket, make sure if you use a lever, you dont damage teh mating surfaces...

Ok I think I have everything hooked back up right except for the coolant line on the bottom of the throttle body. The one that points to the firewall. I can't find the line that hooks up there.
Also just to clairify something. The Idle Air Contorl Valve has two lines at the bottom that are coolant lines right?
And the throttle body has two lines at the bottom of it that are also collant lines right?
Where do these four coolant lines go to?
The forward on on the throttle body I got and the two on the bottom of the IACV I think I have right as they are going towards the block to coolant fittings.
Please help I am really lost here.

the two under the TB:
closes one to the intake manifold hooks up to the second fitting with the coolant line.
second one (facing away from the intake manifold) hooks up to the fitting on the IACV closes to the TB.
and the second one on the IACV hooks up to the water pipes under the Intake manifold.
Let me know if this helps.

Well what I finally did was basically what you said but I put a T on the one from the throttle body that faces to the rear and the output of the IACV. That way all the fittings are hooked up. Thanks for all the help. We shall see how it goes.
So did you by pass the IACV. I just installed a skunk 2 mani on a b16...and there wasn't a place for something....I don't think it was the IACV...I think it was the Fast Idle valve (FIV)...now the only time it idles under 2000 is when its cold in the morning before it warms up. Have any problems like this?

No I did not bypass the IACV but ran a T from the outlet of the TB to the outlet of the IACV and then to the extra fitting on the Skunk 2 manifold as shown in the pics. Idle is fine. I do have a hell of a vibration at 6500- 7500 but that is because my throttle bracket is hitting my strut tower bar. I need to move the bracket down some.
