Intake mani gasket

can a cracked gasket and 2 loose bolts on a intake mani prevent a car from starting???

no, but you will have a major vacume leak once you do get that think started.

Depending on where the damage is you can get water in the engine and that can hurt. Mostly likely you'll just have a vaccum leak.
