hey guys...anyone know the wiring for an Intake air temperture sensor? I need to move mine to the intake manifold and the wires are different colors....thanks guys

 

Are you just wiring the IAT into the manifold mount style??? If you do that it shouldn't matter... There is no polarity on the sensor itself... All the IAT does is create resistance relative to temperature.. Latez

 

?? do you mean you're using a different sensor? if you're just moving the sensor from one location to the other, wouldn't that mean all the wires stay in place?

 

You gotta be more specific about things. What color wires? What engine harness? Pretend people don't know anything about your setup if you want help like this..

The wiring for an IAT? There is no in depth wiring about this, it only has two wires coming out of the plug. And if you're just moving it, then extend the wires...

 

There is not anything too complicated about this... He prolly has an IAT that mounts into the intake tube itself as on a 99-2000 Si or in the box above the TB on the 96-2000 CX/DX.... It has a little different kinda connector which makes it so that you can not plug it on to a normal intake manifold mounted IAT... Like I said don't even worry about the color of the wires.. Just extend them with the plug you need.. Good Luck..
