things to look out for:

proper spec on the bearing caps 19-20ft/lbs on the 12mms, 8ft/lbs on the 10mms
be sure, I trusted my "tech buddy" and he said the spec was 28. it will cause a KNOCK if they are too tight and eventually freeze. Mine did after 800 miles trying to troubleshoot that knock... damn you could totally see it knock on the same frequency of the cams turning... oh well, thats an experience. At least it didnt bend any valves, just galled up the head and cams which I cleaned up and re-used. The motor eventually died 9K later downstairs from the up and down action of the worn journals... helped wear out a crank bearing.

Since you have an ITR, you have good springs and LMAs already, I would reccomend some brand of Ti retainers like the Skunks.

I hope your car runs awesome Hope this helps.

I would recommend that you get some stiffer valve springs if your going to be reving 8k alot... Too be on the safe side... So you won't get any valve float..
Ti retainers will also help lighten up the valvetrain..

Also use an I-Beam type Torque wrench or one that reads in in-lb!!! Those big clicker types arent accurate and ratings that low (most at least)
