http://www.c-speedracing.com has a good general idea how to install coilovers, the concept is similar.
Installing springs is really straight foward, Ill go through it off the top of my head.
front:
You have 2 14mm nuts that hold the strut to the shock tower, you need to loosen those, then on the drop fork you have a 17mm nut and a 17mm bolt, just drop the drop fork, take that out then drop the suspention out. Then grab some spring compressors and compress the spring. Take the top hat off by removing the 12mm bolt. Use an allen wrench to prevent the shock from twisting. Its a good idea to spray w/ WD40 before because often they are rusted. Once thats off, the tophat comes off, there are various washers and such, remember the order they go in. take off spring by undoing the spring compressor. Put new springs and put tophat on. The springs shouldnt need to be compressed, so the tophat should just go right on.
rear:
rear is just as easy, but depending might take you longer. Whats easiest for me is to drop the entire lower control arm. You have to assemble from inside out, otherwise your swaybar wont let you bolt everything back togther. The back is fun. Its 14mm bolts. make sure you spray the bolts down with a WD-40 type lub otherwise they are known to break. DONT use an impact gun, they are known to break. A helms manual would outline this and make the job alot easier giving you proper torque specs to put everything back together properly.
Always use torque settings
Good luck.
