Default Installing new oil seals

When installing new oil seals, is it necessary to use the driver attachment tool or a special to to do this? Or can you just put it in by hand using force. Any help would be great.

The driver just ensures that the seal goes in evenly. You can use a socket of the appropriate size, or very light taps all around with a small hammer. Just do it carefully.
