There are a few good write-ups here on Honda-Tech, however it's extremely simple to swap cams.

1. Set the engine to TDC
2. Remove the valve cover
3. Loosen the timing belt tensioner
4. Remove the timing belt
5. Remove the upper distributor bolt
6. Remove the cam cap bolts
7. Remove the cam caps
8. Remove the cams
9. Move the cam gears to the new cams

Installation is the reverse of removal in the most literal sense of the phrase. Just be sure to properly torque everything down and make sure that the timing belt is set correctly.

Ok I just installed ITR cams in my B20/vtec. I used a Helms Book for all 97 + Integras, 96-00 civic, 96-00 CRV

The book was $20 at Auto Zone. It has the Tq spec's and pix if you need them.

just take the old cams out and slide the new ones in. you dont need to take off the timing belt.
