Default installing cams, what parts should i replace?

hi i'm dropping in some ITR cams this weekend and i just wanted to know what seals and things would be good to replace wile i have it apart, the car has 100k on it. thanks!

Cam gear-side cam seals (91213-PR3-004) x 2 ($4.xx each)

Exhaust distributor-side cam seal (12513-P72-003) x 1 ($4.xx)

valve cover seal and spark plug seal.

You can actually get away without replacing the valve cover gasket or the spark plug seals. Even the Honda manual says to replace the spark plug ones only if they're worn.

While you've got the head open, it's a really good idea to replace the valve seals, if you're replacing the valve springs, as well.

Don't forget to change your oil every 3000 miles, this is very important. Oh yeah you have to change the seals on the thing and on that other thing. And change your condom after every time you get some.
