Default Installing Axles

So I've been trying to install my passenger axle for over an hr now and it's really pissing me off, i've installed b series axles into this transmission about 4 times and now this axle doesn't seem to budge in past the first click. I'm installing b series axles into a b series tranny are there any tips with the install or anything i can do to the c ring? This is a new axle that has never been installed.

Put the axle in the hub and in the trans.. pout the nut on the axle in the hub. since you have the lower ball joint off/out take te hubpull back and slam it forwards towards the trans .. it will seat that axle no problem..

x2! the extra weight of the hub should help you out.

Put axle in tranny. Do not put axle in the hub hold screw the nut on flush with the axle and hit with a hammer while holding the axle stright. I've done it a few times works good for me and it don't mushroon the ends of the axle eaither

Extra lube and hammer worked perfect.

omg i just finished it after ten minutes.
Here was my procedure, I listened to Hondaruss but did something else
I first unbolted the lca from the strut, put the axle in the tranny where it stays in there about 1/3 of a inch in and the other side in the hub. Then bolted the axle nut on the axle in the hub and then layed on my back and started kicking it (stomping) in and it's in and it turns :]

Thanks for the quick replies

I had problems with putting my axels in. they didnt "click" but they went all the way in to where the inner CV part was seated against the transmission and i had to pull it a little bit to get the threaded end through the hub. did i do it correctly or no?

Sounds fine, unless you can pull it out of the transmission by hand.. The lock ring is probably too tight if that's the case.

no i cant pull it out by hand, i have to slip a pry bar between the inner hub and tranny to get it loose. i havent put the car on the ground yet due to one more part coming in.
