Default Injectors too big?

I have 345cc prelude injectors on my LS/Vtec (just rebuilt) and I am in the process of taking it to get it tuned. But the car wont idle worth a **** and is now throwing a code 14 (iac). I have changed the IAC with a know working one and still the code...
I am thinking the injectors are too big and the car is running pig rich...

This is why there are tuners.

you have to tune the car before driving it with the bigger injectors... those injectors will flood your engine with the tune for the smaller injectors
