Default Individual Throttle Bodies

I have a '90 CRX with a JDM b16A2 swap. I have searched for this topic but found no results (surprisingly). I have some questions about Individual Throttle Bodies for anyone with experience.

This is the link to the kit I am looking at. First and foremost, is there a real advantage to ITBs over an aftermarket Intake Mani/Throttle Body? It seems like there would be but I don't have any previous experience to go on here. My plan for the motor is to do a full N/A tune, no turbo no SC and no NoS. That said, I want to squeeze the most output I can from the motor since I'm not boosting it. Would ITBs be a good choice of intake setup for N/A tuning application?

Is there a major difference between the 50mm and 52mm variants? I am assuming larger bore size = higher flow rate and better performance, but that is just an assumption.

Also, anyone know offhand if hood clearance or engine bay dimensions are an issue with this mod? I can't tell from pictures how the ITB setup would fit in my engine bay.

Any insight would be appreciated.
