Incorrect TPS reading!!
My tps is reading .49v @ fully closed and 4.29 @ WOT. I know the reading are incorrect but could be the issue here? This is like the third tps i bought from ebay. I also tried to switching out the 2 Si's throttle body that i have and with both throttle body giving me the same reading.
If you are running an aftermarket ecu you can get the tps calibrated through the ecu software. Are you running into an issue with how your car runs?
Ok, you are retarded. The ECU treats any value above 4.20 volts as WOT. So, now that we have cleared that up, I will ask you a second time: How about you sharing the symptom or reason that you seem to think there is a problem and maybe this community can actually help you.
The most noticeable thing about my vehicle that i know about right now is that its burning quite a bit of gas more than it should. Like i'm getting around 20-22 mpg atm. But yea i didn't realized my stock ecu treat anything over 4.20 as being norm. Good to know tho...

Poor fuel economy is usually a byproduct of a faulty O2 sensor... assuming you aren't driving like a maniac. Is your car's transmission an automatic or manual ???
I'm with JRCivic1 100% here.
bad gas mileage can be caused by a LOT of things. do you have a cel? do you have any stored trouble codes? have you actually diagnosed anything at all yet? have you done any standard maintenance lately? specifically plugs (NGK only!), wires (NGK only!), cap and rotor, valve lash adjustment, timing belt (making sure it's timed correctly), ignition timing (done the correct way) adjustment with a timing light, proper fuel being used, fuel filter replacement, compression/leakdown test, etc etc

Ok now it's throwing out a CEL P0122. Something about the tps again! Before that it was a bad O2 sensor bank 1 sensor 1. So i had that replaced and 50 mile down the road th P0122 came on. What is going on with this ******* TPS and it's reading. My ride is a manual btw.

The only way you get a MIL for the TPS sensor is if the voltage is OUTSIDE the window of .45v to 4.70v. The sensor is one of three variables which can produce the end result of a code... the other two would be a wiring problem or the ECU itself. So, you need to make sure that the pins in the sensor and the plug itself are clean and snug when plugged in first. If so, check the voltages and grounds for the three wires as well as continuity back to the proper locations at the ECU. It would be a good idea for you to invest in a factory Helm's service manual for your model and year vehicle. There are test flow charts to test the wiring there. If all of this checks out, I suggest you try a KNOWN GOOD ECU for a hundred miles or so and see if the symptom/code returns.
Lastly, stop buying the least expensive part you can find from an unknown source like Ebay... if you care about this vehicle at all. I suggest finding a local auto parts store that sells Dorman products and order a TPS from them. Remember, "Good **** ain't cheap... and cheap **** ain't good".
