Default immobilizer question

I have a 98 gs integra swapping with a 2001 gsr engine with ecu. The junk yard I bought the engine from did not have the ignition switch. So I just found a 2001 ignition switch with key from a the junk yard. My question is will I be able to reprogram the key to work with the ecu or vice verse. Need some help. Thanks

Swap it to OBD1 and use a different ECU.

A dealer can reprogram the immobilizer to the new key, if it's all from an Integra, I don't know about mixing parts from different models.
