Default Ignition timing bouncing...??

I have a good timing light and it shows my ignition timing bounceing back in forth a small percentage... like 2-3 degrees... just the lil marking moves around a bit once i set it... i think i might have a faulty o2 sensor.. but is there anything else it could be or is o2 sensor even related to that ?

This could be due to imperfections in the timing belt. But the oxygen sensor probably has no effect.

did you jump the service connector?
you need a stable idle in spec to adjust timing
