just put a 00 gsr into a 93 hatch. it wont start from the key (only clicks) when i put a 12v source to the starter from the battert it turns right over and starts up... the car had no problems with starting with the last motor i had in it (95 ls) and the new gsr ran fine before i put it in my hatch. how do i fix it so i can get it to start from the key, i really dont think i should be having any ignition problems.. please help me asap i need this car to run so i can move. thanks

How's your wiring from the starter to the battery? When I moved my battery to the trunk, I did a half *** job connecting the starter wire(would only click when the connection came loose), once I fixed it- problem went away.

 

how did you fix it?
