Default Ignition Problem No Spark

Stock 94 Integra RS 5 speed.

Found a viper C60 Alarm under the dash, When I disconnect it the car does not crank, Not sure if they were smart enough to wire it into the ignition system as well, it does not seem like it.

I was driving to work when it just cut out, there is no spark. I can hear the fuel pump coming on and the Main relay smells good+clicks good. The ignition coil is getting 12v as well. What else can I check? A friend said it could be the ecu.

Any help would be welcomed.

Does the starter engage with the alarm is disconnected when you try to crank it?

Nope the starter does not engage when the alarm is disconnected. I bought another ECU and it started working, I plug in the original ECU it runs for about 3 seconds and doesn't run at all after that. The original does not look burned or smell bad, is there anywhere I can get it repaired for cheap?
