Default Ignition Problem

I have a '93 Civic Si and am wondering if anyone knows why my car turns off right after turning it on. If parked for a while it turns on fine but if I go somewhere, turn it off, and then in like 30 min try turning it back on, it does but really weak and then it like turns off. If I try turning it back on, the engine turns over and then it turns off. This is weird and I was wondering if anyone knows why it might be doing this. I doubt it's either the ICM or ignition coil as it might not turn on at all. Is it possible that a spark plug is out? Thanx ahead of time.
