Default Ignition Misses

Ok.. I've been trying to troubleshoot ignition problems for awhile now.

At idle, with my timing light connected to plug #1, I intermittently get no
spark.

I've replaced the plugs, wires, rotors, Ignitor, coil... no change....

Ideas?

I've replaced the cap and rotor..

This is on a turbo setup.. but I've set my gaps from .28, .3, .32, .4

The misses only occur on cylinders 1 and 4.
