idle wierd CEL

idle wierd CEL
ok so I'm driving today and the cel light comes on, I park and sit and it idles low like 400rpm, I turn off the car start it again no cel and it's idling fine, than later it comes on again and it is idling at 1000 rpm, anyone have an idea of what is wrong?
