I have a 93 civic coupe with a b16a swap in it. Ive only had this car for a little while. The problem ive been having is that in the mornings at a cold start it almost wants to die and it will idle very low. As it starts to warm up the idle will climb untill it finally stays steady at 1700rpms which i know is too high. Also when i run it hard it has a weird stutter almost like a fuel cut and it feels like it has no power but when i dont go WOT it wont do that. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.....

 

Vacuum leak or intake manifold possibly? Has this been an issue since you got it and have you done any work before it started?

 

Yea this has been an issue since i got it but i havnt done any work to it since then i just been tryin to trouble shoot the problems. I was wondering if my iacv could have gone bad. Will it throw a code if its bad or not always?

 

check your tps also. make sure it is within spec.
