Default idle problems narrowed down to TPS

I was having some major idle problems when I first put on my victor x manifold. I narrowed it down to the TPS (by forgetting to plug it back in then the car idled fine) and have retuned the hondata. Everything is running perfectly, although it's idleing a bit high. HondaLogger shows the TPS voltage fluctuating slightly at idle when it is plugged in. Any explanation on why it would start doing that?

it may fluctuate +/- 0.01v at idle, thats normal.. just make sure you adjust it to read between 0.45v - 0.50v at idle and you are good to go.

Set it with the engine off. When the engine is running charging voltage varies. The voltage regulator is always adjusting. That can be seen on the sensors.

How is it adjusted? It only fluctuates +/- 0.01v at idle, but when it is plugged in the idles goes up and down between 650 and 1250 rpm. With it unplugged the car idles fine.

Okay, I've tried another TB and when the TPS is hooked up it is doing the same thing. At idle RPMS go up and down between 500-1500. As soon as the TPS is disconnected everything is fine.
