idle problems

i have a b20b swapped into my 94 integra and WE switched from a stock manifold to a skunk2 manifold and now my idle is at 7000rpm and the goes bak down and jumps right back up over and over anyone has any advice?
one thing i was told be a friend was to use the air bypass valve or sensor but the stock manifold didnt have it and worked fine.
any help appreciated....
