Default Idle problem at cold temps on d16z6

well siince I turbo'ed my stock z6 I have been having little problems, one being when I start it when it is cold, like -10 C (10 F ) or so I am having problems idleing, It will run fine for 30-45 seconds when I first start it and then I loose vacum ( goes to zero from 16 hg or so) and it barely idles( 300-400 rpm) and runs really ruff. when i try to rev it up it is boggy as hell and then sounds normal around 2000rpms(while holding the pedel down), does this till the car is at normal temp and then runs fine and starts fine and vacum returns to normal. I talked with my friend who is also a mechanic and he thinks that the Coolant temp sensor if whooped but I am leaning towards IACV???

any suggestions on cause of this??
