Using a multi-meter, place the red lead on the Red/Blue wire and the black lead on the Grn/Wht wire.

@ idle = .45v

You'll probably have to take a Dremmel tool to the sheer bolts that hold it onto the throttle body. Use the Dremmel to slot these bolts so as to use a flathead screwdriver to loosen them.

:k tried new ecu today, same problem tried new tps, same problem, i did get some info on the humming injectors however, my main relay might be bad, when we wiggled some wires under my dash around, the beeping went on and off and unconsistant. (the beeping when you keys is in the ignition and door open) i might jsut have a bad relay or wireing connection or something

dangit i checked the main relay (swapped a good one in, and my "bad" one in another car, it worked fine) MAIN RELAY IS GOOD. ARRRGH. how can we check the fuel pressure?

use fuel pressure guage in port on top of banjo bolt on top of fuel filter. when cycle key on engine off, fuel pressure should be roughly 40-50 psi. with engine running at idle, pressure should be roughly 36-42 psi, maybe more. Also while running, pinch off vacuum to fuel pressure regulator and see if fuel pressure rises. If so, regulator working OK. If not, regulator may be stuck open or inoperative.
