i just got my car back from a shop where its been for about a year...long story...

if i am on the throttle and let off, it drop below my normal idle location almost to cutting of then goes back to around normal, it then goes up and down a few tiumes then even somewhat out???

it doesnt go away though....almost towards the IACV...but i am unsure

 

try your tps(throttle position sensor). Not sure on an 02 SiR but i know on my 92 civic hatch it was the fix for it. I got one at a junk yard too because they wanted me to buy the whole throttle body at the stealership where it would have cost me over $700@!

 

tried a spare and checked it was .45 CT/ 5.00 OT, i took the iacv off cleaned it with brake cleaner, mesh screen was good and put it back on, it seemed to do better, but the half a mile down the road i was lightly into the trhottle and it buck and jumoed as if i was push the gas and letting off really hard... so i am stuck now
