Default idle loping/surging... please help!!!!!!!!

Heres the problem. I recently finished an ls/vtec swap. I have a 00 gsr head on an ls block with skunk 2 intake manifold, gsr tb, breather chamber, and am using an p72 ecu which happens to be automatic. The idle has been loping for a while and i have yet to figure out what is causing it.

I just replaced the intake manifold gasket and i cant find any other place where there would be a vacumn leak. There is no leakage or anything from the head gasket. I thought i might have switched the map sensor and tps but that wasnt it but i now am throwing a code for the map sensor. Also i just took out my IAT sensor and found that the tip was all broken.... Could that cause the idle to lope??

Another thing that just started to happen yesterday while i was trying to fix it was that my car started to leak black water, well thats atleast what it seems to be, out of the exhaust.

What are some things taht i can do to start and narrow down the problem?

A couple things that i also noticed today is that my coolant fan never comes on. I was running the motor trying to get the bubbles out of the system but the coolant fan never came on. Does this mean my thermostat is bad?

I also check the IACV and when i unplug it the idle stablizes so i put a good one in but it still does the same thing.

Please any suggestions and help is welcome
