Default idle fluctuation after warmed up

ok I have a 91 b18a1, wich currently has a hunting idle after warm up,
I have cleaned the iac, converted the car to obd1, with no difference.
The intake manifold is from a 92ls and none of the lines are currently hooked up but all
are capped off. What else could be causing this problem? should I try to hook up the lines?
I am trying to find a blown up picture of both manifolds and parts so I know where to hook them up. Any help would be greatly appreciated

also has a oil catch can, and one of the lines goes into a hole on top of the intake mani by the injectors , but seems very loose could this be my culprit?

you need to make sure all of your vacuum lines are in place and in good condition.
