hey i have a 90 integra gs and my idle does the same thing, i am going to try to fix it this weekend, i have read some threads on another site that say the fiav which is close to the iacv has a little white screw, that comes loose. open up the faiv and titen this screw and you shuold be alright, but other guys say if you tihgten it all the way the idle is still bad until you unscrew the white screw thing i full turn, once i try to fix my idle i will post again and tell you what worked for me good luck
