Default Idle adjustment screw?

I have a 93 CX, and my idle adjustment screw somehow got stripped. I now want to replace it, because as it is now, I can turn the screw five times without any adjustment in the idle.
How do I replace this screw. . .

Do I have to take the whole throttle body off. . .

Do I need to buy a new throttle body gasket when I switch this screw?

Thanks for the help.

You should be able to get a screw at a dealership or a boneyard. You won't have to pull the throttle body. Just unscrew the old one and screw in the new one. (If you got it at a boneyard, check the rubber O-ring. I'm PRETTY sure it should have one.) Then, set your idle speed the way your manual tells you to.
