Default Idle Adjustment Problem... Need Help. :(

I turned my idle up 100RPM because it was idleing too low, espically with all my accessories on. So, after I did the adjustment, my engine billows out grey smoke and condensation all over the place. What went wrong???

Here are the photos:

Now I'm begining to think I adjusted idle in the wrong place. After the fact, I did some HT searches, and found that the correct way to adjust idle is to unplug IACV solenoid then adjust the screw on the top left hand side of the throttle body (search own3d me), instead of the screw and adjusts throttle linkage. I'm not sure how to fix my problem... Anyone?

I didnt even touch the VAFC, on the left side of the throttle body there is just a little screw for a flat head, my problem was a high idle, I just turned it until the car wanted to die and sharted to shake and turned back the other way maybe 45 degrees

Unless of course you actually have an ls/vtec motor, this was for an OEM Si tb

After doing searching, that nut adjusts the TPS Sensor voltage, its has to be .5v at idle, and .45v at full thottle, I corrected it, and is still smoking a little.

Strange.
