hey guys,
ive been searching around for quite some time now and cant really find an answer for my idle problem. I have a 98 hatch dx with a b16a in it. im currently using a p30 obd1 ecu with a conversion harness. i did the iacv pinout move and wired the plug correctly. The problem is that when i idle it jumps up and down usually between 1-1500 rpms, i changed the plugs, wires, cap&rotor and checked the timing and its fine. I also cleaned out the iacv also, i checked for vacuum leaks and there arent any that i can see or hear or feel. I unplugged the iacv and when i do it idles normal. <<< i was looking for an answer to this if i helps narrow anything down. Please help cause this is really bugging me. btw there is no cel.
