Default identify ITR head?

I recently bought an integra type r head and was wondering how I can ensure its the real deal? It does not have any valvtrain whatsoever. The head is stamped pr3-3 and the year of it is 99.

How can i tell?

THanks in advance

Look for green paint near the distributor area on the intake side of the head. Also shine a light down into one of the ports and if the area near the valve surface looks like it's been machined, then it's a real R head.

I do not have the cam caps. Would b16 cam caps work? Is there any other way of identifying the head to be itr?
