Frfom what I have seen, there seems to be no universal agreement as to exactly what constitutes a longblock. What you show above falls under the traditional definition of a longblock. Originally, a longblock included just a shortblock and complete head assembly. But nowadays, a longblock typically includes an intake manifold assmebly and sometimes even a distributer. In fact, a longblock is often a complete engine minus ECU.
