Default IAT sensor? o2 sensor?

I recently acquired a '91 Accord LX 5 speed.
The car has 201K miles and runs mint until warmed up. After it is warm, the check engine light comes on, it sputters and hesitates. Sometimes it stalls. This only happens when the car is warm though. The previous owner had told me that it was throwing a code for a TDC sensor. I checked timing, its dead-on. I checked myself to see what codes it was throwing and it was either throwing a code 1 or 10, Code one would be the o2 sensor, code 10 would be the IAT sensor. Would the situation described above be symptoms of a faulty IAT sensor? Or would you think it would be the o2?

Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated.

hey..
i'm not 100% sure..
but my car is currently having the same problem (mines a civic)..
and my mechanic said that it's most likely the IAC(Electronic Air Control Valve)..
he also did mentioned that a lot of honda accord have that problem..
hope that helps but i'm not 100% sure..

Yeah, thats what I plan on doing. From what I heard, the only thing I would notice with a bad IAT sensor is shitty gas mileage

No problem, IAT = Intake Air Temperature.

hey Barry sounds more like the O2, I don't think the IAT can make the car sputter and stall if its bad/faulty.
