Default IACV replaced still code 14

like it says ^. replaced my IACV, this is the 3rd one I've tried, still code 14. Anything else that would cause it to shoot that code? Besides the IACV itself that is.

I got a new ecu a few weeks ago, same ****. Even using my friends ecu in my car it still shoots the code for me.

When my car was throwing that code it turned out that the two wires were backwards.

did you get the code recently after the ecu was changed.
also check if you are getting battery voltage 12.7v to the yellow and black wire and body ground. if not yo have a open wire
if you have voltage check the ecu.

? you didn't use the plug on the harness? I was thinking of running wires straight to the ecu if I can figure out which pins they are...

you might have used the wrong plugs.. i think the IACV plug has one blue/yellow wire and a yellow/black wire.. i had that code recently but found out i plug'd in the wrong sensor

word I finally fixed it. Found a site called ff-squad.net. they tell you all the mods you need to do to make an obd1 b16a work for obd2 harness. So yeah if you use an auto harness like I did, you have to change some pins around and switch the plugs.
