Default IACV Problem

I have a D16Z6 and I cannot find where the 2 coolants hoses coming off the Idle Air Control Valve are suppose to be connect to. All I have is my IACV bolted on and there are 2 coolant hoses connected to nothing which makes my car idle and run like crap. Would anyone know where the hoses are suppose to go????

Thanks Alot I figured out my problem. But I still have a problem. I have my IACV coolant lines hooked up correctly but I still get 3 codes when I did a self diagnosis test and they were Code 10=Intake Air Temperature sensor, Code 14=Idle Air Control Valve, Code 22=Variable Valve Timing and control pressure switch. When my car is cold at idle it surges fast at 1,500rpm and then when its warm at idle it stops surging and idles at 100 or 200 rpm.
