i think my b16 needs to be rebuilt!
so my gen 1 b16 in my crx has been havin some problems. i noticed that there is oil looking liquid comin out where there head meets the block
only very lil and it seems to increase after hard driving. and i have had slight issues with the temp raising during daily driving
today my freind took my car down to get dynoed (i have i/h/e) and i was impressed wen he gave me the results. i got 136.5 hp and 102.4 lbs of tourqe
so i think i need to replace the head gasket, am i right or what??
any helpful imput would be apriciated
btw im on a budget

Compression test - will give you a basic idea of the shape the piston rings are in.
Leakdown test - best bet, will allow the person performing it to determine where the leaks are, and will give you the most accurate results. I own one of these, and it's great!
Burning oil? temp increase can be from a stuck thermostat. Any overheating?
EDIT: My B16 leaks a bit from around there, but it can also be from the VTEC solenoid or the cam seals, leaking down. 136 whp is kinda low, are you running a stock cat? It could be plugged. That or your muffler could be collapsed. First though, do a basic tuneup and see what happens.

Make sure your fan is turning on, make sure your thermostat is functioning
Compression test is so easy... get a cheap tester and go nuts. All you do is make sure the engine is warm, unplug the injector resistor so you don't get any fuel, and your distributor so you don't get any spark, and remove all spark plugs, do one cyl at a time... it just screws in by hand... good #'s for a B16 are anywhere from 185-220 or so, and it's best when the numbers are even across all cylinders.

not to mention that on the second and third run on the dyno (yea, i did 3 runs mike, because the idiots forgot to do some **** on the comp so the 2nd run wasnt calculated) there was blueish smoke coming out the exhaust. more on the 3rd run than on the second, and there was none the first run
