I have a 90 accord ex, I am putting an jdm h22a w/ automatic tranny into it. Right now I am readjusting the valves and little things but I have an engine light that won't go away. The code is 3-4 3-6 but the code doesn't exist according to the book I have. Does anyone know what it is.

Also, my vtec is kicking in but instead of pulling hard it feels like it's bogging the car down and actually going slower is that because I need to adjust the valves b/c there is a little bit of ticking coming from the engine. I'm readjusting them now, Do ya'll think that will fix it?
