Default can't find this engine code/ need help

Background: I'm doing a jdm h22a swap in a 90 accord ex

Questions:

1) Check engine light is on but I can't find the code in any manuals. Could it be a tranny code??? The code is 3-4-3-6.... Does anyone have a clue what this is or possibilities that I could look into???

2) When the vtec kicks in it fells like it pulling slower instead of pulling harder, but it does kick in. The engine is ticking like hell which I know is the valves and I am adjusting them at this very moment. Could this be why the vtec isn't working right or is there something else I should look at?????

THANK YOU for any help in advance!!!

Codes are read in patterns of long blinks and short blinks. Each code is separated by a pause. A long blink represents the first digit of the code and a short blink represents the second digits. So, if you get long long short , then the code is 21. If you just get short, then the code is 1. If you just get long, then the code is 10. Once you've figured out the code, go to http://www.crxworld.de/ecucodes.html
