This is straight out of the OEM Honda 92-93 GSR manual for the B17A1, which is the same motor (as far as torque specs go) as the B16A1, the torques specs for the B16A2 and A3 are avaliable at the local Honda dealership, but I cant see any reason that they would be any different than this.
61 foot pounds for the head bolts
and the sequence as if you are staring at the motor from the front bumper with the motor in the car starting from the top left, (intake man side far left hand bolt)
Intake manifold side = 9-5-1-3-7
Exhaust manifold side=8-4-2-6-10
